“The first time I put it just on the outer corners of my top lashes to test it. No issues, so next night I did the same, but it started to burn on the left side. I waited a few minutes to see if it would stop, then wiped it off with a damp q-tip. Next morning the skin around the corners of both eyes was red. Then I checked the box and it says "Do not use if...you have ever experienced dry eyes", plus several other conditions. Well, I do have dry eyes at times, maybe that was it. But I'm so glad I only put it on a small area to start with, because the burning feeling was a little scary and now my skin is red. Hope it goes away soon!”

“I used this lash serum every night for 3 weeks. I noticed after week 2 my eyelids started getting really red, but I didn’t think anything of it. Now my eyes are red, itchy, SUPER dry, flakey, and discolored. If you experience irritation, please discontinue use of the product. However, some customers have found that redness or irritation can be addressed by applying less product or serum every few days (every 3-4 nights) instead of daily, allowing eyes to acclimate to our lash serum. You can also stop using the serum entirely but will need to continue to apply to maintain lash results, so just a heads up!
