“I bought this the first time in march of 2022 after a bad experience with lash extensions that left me with no lashes. All was well for a year and my lashes grew. Now over the past couple of days i have developed a sensitivity to it and my eyes are red, lash line looks inflamed, and a chunk of lashes on my bottom lower lash line just fell out all at once. I won’t be shocked if they keep falling out like that over time. I don’t see any regrowth happening in that area yet. Don’t use this stuff. If i could give 0 stars i would. And I’m not allergic to this stuff because i used it for a long time with no issues. This is just the reality of using lash serums of any kind unfortunately. It fucks up the growth pattern and you will see lash loss. Once you achieve the desired results or reach your maximum potential with daily applications (usually within 3-6 months), we recommend switching to 1-2 applications per week to maintain results.
Try to reduce applications to 1-2 times a week for 6-12 weeks and see if this regimen adjustment helps results. Additionally, adding the Enhancing Lash Conditioner to your routine may be beneficial if they are not already using the conditioner. It's an excellent addition to maintain lashes' density and length. I like to use the conditioner twice a day when spacing my applications of the Essential Serum and apply the Enhancing Conditioner morning and night (on the nights I take off from using the Essential Serum).
