“I’ve been using this serum since 2019, it worked then and even though they did change the formula a little it still works!! The new formula is actually better. Whatever was in the old one gave me a little raccoon eye. I don’t have that problem at all now. Here’s a tip: I take an eyelash spoolie, brush my top and bottom eyelashes after I apply the serum. It keep my lashes fully conditioned and my bottom lashes grow a little from the serum that was left on the spoolie. I will be a customer for life!
