“I have been using this product for years and love it so much. Unfortunately, the last tube I ordered came damaged, the applicator wand is sharp and frayed, I can barely use it because it hurts my eyelid to apply. Customer service won't help me get a replacement or a refund either, they tried telling me it was damaged during shipping and handling, so unfortunately this is where I will part ways with this brand and find a serum with better customer service. This stuff is too expensive to not consistently be good quality.”

“I would only able to use this product two times before I realized that it may actually cause damage to my eyes. The first time I put it on I noticed that after about 30 minutes, my eyes turned extremely red but I didn’t pay any attention because my eye are sensitive to many things. However after the second time I used it, I woke up to my eyes being extremely blood shot with crust attached to my upper and lower lids, and on top of all that I had 5 eyelashes on my cheek meaning they had fallen out during my sleep.
I understand it may just be me and my eyes, however it’s extremely disappointing to spend $50 on a lash serum that seems expired or harmful.”
