“I’ve been consistently using this product for the past 3 years. I love it so much and it’s the only reason I have eyelashes. But I hate the packaging it comes in. After the first couple uses, it’s impossible to get any product on the applicator unless i literally flip the bottle upside down, which makes the product spill out of the top and wastes a bunch. It’s like the applicator dries up and all the product gets stuck at the bottom of the tube. I don’t know if anyone else has this issue but it’s so unfortunate because I feel like I end up wasting so much product. Again I love love love this stuff, I just wish they would package it differently.”
