Our products are manufactured in our on-site facilities and are subject to intensive Quality Checks by our production team. We do this to ensure all products are processed and sold within manufacturing regulations, including appropriate fill levels.
I'd love to do some digging here to look into this for you - can you respond with the lot number listed on the bottle of serum? (typically a 4-6 digit, located near the lower portion of the tube on the side.)
Once I get this information I will do some research and get back to you!
