“I don’t really know if the product works or not. I ordered and it’s supposed to last 3 months. Not sure if my bottle was not filled properly or if it is that the right amount but after 3 weeks using like is indicated the bottle was empty.
If it was the right amount, I think the product is over priced. I was very excited with the product but very disappointed for getting nothing for that price. I will stick with lash grande what has previously worked and I think is has a fair price for the amount of product they send.”

Our products are manufactured in our on-site facilities and are subject to intensive Quality Checks by our production team. We do this to ensure all products are processed and sold within manufacturing regulations, including appropriate fill levels.
I'd love to do some digging here to look into this for you - can you respond with the lot number listed on the bottle of serum? (typically a 4-6 digit, located near the lower portion of the tube on the side.)
Once I get this information I will do some research and get back to you!
