We are SO sorry to hear you have not yet seen results using the Essential Serum! Eyelashes can take up to four to six weeks to come and go. You may have experienced an adjustment that took place during a particular transition of your growth cycle. Since everyone is different, people experience results at differing rates. We have seen that the longer you use Babe lash, the better your results will be.
Our Lash Babes can see results as early as week 4, but we recommend reviewing your results at week 12. Patience and Consistency are key!
Most Lash Babes can use the Essential Serum once per day every day without an issue however, some people do need to start off using the product slowly. Instead of using it every day, allow your eyes to completely re-adjust before applying it again. This means it might be 4-7 days in between applications which is fine! This allows your eyes to get used to the serum without a reaction. Keep in mind, when applying the product less is more. Don't re-dip the wand, 1 dip is enough for both eyes and apply to the upper lash line only.
