“I ordered items but, after 10 days they had not arrived. I contacted the company and they blamed it on the courier and said they would launch an investigation (why did they not at that point re-send the items next day delivery?) It then took them another 4 days to get back to me - they said that the items had been lost in transit and that they had refunded my order - there was no offer of re-issuing my order, and when I requested this they didn't even reply to my email! Really poor service and I would not use them again!”
“got MINI sponge for €16 instead of normal size. They should mention its a very small sponge as its really not what i expected for this price. I know its only €16 and it just a hustle to return it back, but very disappointed as professional make-up artist decremented me to buy it and we both left in shock.”
“I bought this little guy after having a number of different sponges, both expensive and cheap. This one feels soft like baby skin, applies liquid and powder products effortlessly, and is pretty easy to clean. However, it absorbs a lot more of the liquid product than the sponge that I have been using before beautyblender. To me, this one is amazing for setting powders and thicker foundations, but liquid foundations are a no-no - the sponge simply "swallows" the product. I will definitely keep it in my collection, but it's not a go-to for my personal routine.”
“I'm not gonna talk about how beautyblender awesome is or why you should try it(you must try it). I'll just say that it's a bit smaller than the original pink beautyblender, a bit denser and I think it absorbs less foundation. Can't say which one is better, I love them both.”
