“They sent the wrong item so I had so contact Beautybay on their portal, send photos, wait for them to sort a refund as they unhelpfully wouldn't sort a replacement, order it at a higher price, wait for it to arrive, contact the portal again to get a refund for the price difference. . . I wont be using them again. . . .”
“the products are great. but i received the eyeshadow palette with a fully broken black eyeshadow. unusable. so i had to depot the remains because they were getting everywhere. plus, a very pungeant industrial smell was coming out of the brushes holder. the delivery and smell are a first time thing for me with beauty bay. everything is usually excellent, not this time.”
