“I sent the mail below on the 1st of May a day after my goods arrived and I discovered the abnormalities in the delivery.
I ordered 7 palettes from Beauty Bay on Saturday 26th April morning for next day delivery which it didn't come on a next day delivery.
My parcel was delivered on Monday 28th April evening but it wasn't totally sealed and 6 palettes were missing. The person that delivered the parcel delivered a slightly opened package, took pictures for formality sake and no invoice was added to the package.
Only for me to take it up and find out that it was open and almost everything was missing. There was only one in it instead of seven. The sticker on the box indicated that it was supposed to be seven items and not one.
I was very unhappy because I have never had this experience before. I buy regularly online and this isn't my first purchase from Beauty Bay.
In your mail to me,you said that it was accepted at delivery. It wasn't the person that ordered the goods that received the order. It was my son who received the parcel and he knew nothing about the contents of the package. It was when I returned home and wanted to opened it that I saw the opening at the side of the box. It could go unnoticed by anyone because it was at the side. Obviously ,whoever delivered it held it upwards and simply gave it knowing that it had been tampered with at the side where it wasn't noticeable.
I would gladly send the box back for you to see and have as an evidence. Even the only palette delivered had the black eyeshadow a bit damaged. The box had a bit of dent. I had to clean it up a bit so that the black will not be all over the place.
I'm really so sad because this has never happened to me. It was supposed to be a gift to my cousin's daughter who recently became a makeup artist. I was meant to surprise her but that is ruined now!
I will appreciate it,if you could investigate what happened to rest of my parcel and get them back to me as soon as possible.
