“I've shopped with BeautyBay before and never had a bad experience, this time however I feel like I've truly been taken advantage of as a trusting loyal customer. I ordered this lipstick together with a few other things for a total order of 70£ and I paid for next day delivery. It's been 4 days since it's been despatched now, the parcel has apparently been delayed by the carrier and I haven't gotten an update on the situation since the last 2 days.
I no longer can recommend ordering from BeautyBay. I understand delays can happen if it's an international order, but this was supposed to be shipped within the UK, there is no reason for it to take so long and for me to not get any sort of help from the customer support team. This was a time sensitive purchase, and now I haven't gotten my items nor do I have any idea what to do since BeautyBays customer support won't address this issue. I'll likely have to issue a PayPal claim at this rate.”
“Je suis très déçue. Le produit intensifie légèrement les fards mais il y a beaucoup de points négatifs.
En premier, est le moins pénible je pense : la base sèche vite donc il faut appliquer un œil après l'autre.
2) ce n'est pas du tout homogène, il y a toujours un "trou" qui se forme et malgré le fait de rajouter à cet endroit de la base rien ne change.
3) assez difficile à travailler correctement.
4)pas forcément un gros défaut mais si vous avez les paupières grasses il faut mette une autre base type urban decay pour que la base et les phares ne bougent pas.”
