“I have always struggled with the longevity of my eyeshadow as although I have dry skin I seem to have very oily eyelids and there are a couple of blue veins running through them. This Eye Base completely camouflages them and leaves my eyes smoother for eyeshadow placement. Which is brilliant as I have tried other Eye Bases which are more expensive and they do not do this! I also have very sensitive eyes and this Eye Base does not irritate them.”
