“A small amount of this product goes a long way. Creates a nice base for eyeshadow, slightly sticky so I recommend putting a base powder down before blending. My eyeshadow stayed all day without creasing.”
“This eyeshadow primer stops my matte shadows from creasing for longer than 12 hours (I tend to wear my eyeshadow for 14 hours) and is a lovely light neutral shade for my fenty 150 skin. It applies easily as it's a thick spreadable cream which I blend out with a small beauty blender. Can't go straight onto it with eyeshadow as it makes the eyeshadow patch up, must be set with a light powder first. I tend to use the rimmel face powder for that and then it works better. I'd say this is easier to use than the elf one, and nicer feeling to apply than the urban decay. Need to try the sigma one next and compare those two as according to Robert Welsh and Angelica Nyqvist that's the best one. This is significantly cheaper though.”

“I gave a go to this inexpensive eye base as I love Beauty Bay products and checking out new things.
Application is easy with a medium size doe foot; I always bounce a beauty blender and set with a touch of translucent powder. The pictures show this base vs my go to: Revolution Prime and Lock for no frill everyday looks and Revolution Cut Crease Canvas for heavier duty cut crease jobs (sorry, forgot to include my glam go-to: MAC paint pots).
On application (first photo), BB's eye base is thicker and tackier than Revolution P&L with just a little less coverage than Revolution CCC. It remains tackier than the two Revolution once blended and set. It has the slightest amount of shine while the two Revolution dry completely matte.
Second picture: I took two eyeshadows that are patchy AF without base, one matte, one iridescent. The difference bases (any) vs straight on skin is huge. I'd say Revolution P&L performs the best for intensity and depth of color, especially with the matte shadow.
Photo 3: after washing with cleanser, just be aware that BB's eye base is quite waterproof and requires a bit more cleanser. the eyeshadow also stuck to it quite well.
Last picture: wear test on my "normal" lids (not oily) after 10 hours (with a combo of BB's nudes and Jeffree Star's grays). There is a very moderate amount of creasing but some noticeable transfer. Probably would be worse on oily lids?
Overall: a decent product, does its job at grabbing onto shadows but around that price point, I may stick with Revolution.”
