“This product I always buy from beautybay and they are always great, my problem is the senders, Evri. The last few times I have ordered its been an awful experience with receiving my parcel.. the time before last it took over a month to reach me, which caused me to have to buy more makeup. I reached out to beauty bay by email, they respond in a weeks time and I asked if I could have a refund as I’m not going to be back to order more, and after being with this company and ordering every month for about 6 years, I expect better treatment for their customers. They gave me credit for my account which I won’t be using as I’m not going to be back to buy more products. Im very disappointed as a long term loyal customer”
