“I picked up my delivery today, Tuesday the 30th of March 2021. Literally an hour ago. I decided to try my new jade face roller and it felt pretty nice. I put it back in the box and then ten minutes later took it out to show my husband and the bottom roller simply fell off. Looks like it was glued and poorly at that. Very surprised and disappointed. It might otherwise be a great product but shoddy workmanship and quality.”
“I haven’t actually received my order. I ordered this about 5-6 weeks ago, there’s no haul number in my confirmation email so I’m unable to chase it up. They sent an email when I first ordered the jade roller saying it hasn’t arrived yet, perhaps that’s still the case but it would be nice to have some update emails in the future...”
