“Hmmm...quite hard like a wax and doesn't 'melt' makeup as well as other balms do. I'll be going back to the body shops camomile cleansing balm as I feel it's nicer to use.
I will say that it better with eye makeup than other cleansers, doesn't leave your eyes blurry.
