“I’ve been using this cleansing balm for about 2 weeks, it’s the worst thing I’ve ever used on my skin. It has made my skin severely dry that it feels tight, especially around my eyes and chin, my makeup now looks awful. My eyes are also swollen in the morning after using this. I have never had a reaction to anything before like this. I think it could be to do with the fragrance because it is very harsh. I usually love Beauty Bat products but I would not recommend at all.”
