“The little scoop has deteriorated after only a few uses, with the "B" wiping off messily and ending up on my face... The balm itself is soothing and does the job, but dries very quickly in the pot, looking a little off putting after owning it for less than a month. (Note the crack near the top of the product in the tub where it's dried and split).”
