“The actual makeup arrived dry inside the tube, i could feel it rattling around loosely inside there. When I opened the lid, it fell straight out. I'm giving it 3 stars because I was able to press it back in and gently heat the brow pencil with my hair dryer, which made it stick. It would probably be four stars if it didn't fall apart!
The colour itself is quite nice and easy to draw fine lines, it lasts the workday (9 hours) on me when I wear it. I do not use primer on my eyebrows before using this.”
