“With any eye cream it takes a while to see the results so time will tell if it's effective. So far it's a good lightweight twice a day eye cream, doesn't feel like it's clumpy, I don't wear a lot of makeup everyday but have worn foundation over the cream twice and not had any issues with clumping.”
