“This spf was the biggest disappointment I’ve had on a cosmetic product ever. I love skincare by bb so and my skincare is basically just bb products. So naturally when the spf was out I had high expectations. As a brown skin girl I was so disappointed because this wouldn’t even sink into my skin, it left the worst blue ish purply white cast and it made my eyes sting like crazy. I hate wasting products so I thought that if I put makeup on top it would make it better. It didn’t. Because my eyes were still killing and this spf is also very oily so it sat horribly on top of my already oily skin and underneath my makeup. Overall don’t waste your money and get kbeauty spf.”
“I needed a new SPF cream and I came across this one. It’s fast absorbing and it’s sticky. You also don’t need much as it’s has a very liquid consistency. Definitely on the cards for a repurchase”
“You can't complain too much about such an affordable SPF 50 for your face, so hats off to Beauty Bay for providing the affordable skincare we need! One product isn't going to meet the needs of every skin type. I, personally, have oily combination skin so this product is a little greasy on my face - like most sunscreens - so it let it sit while I do my hair and then use blotting paper to absorb the excess grease before applying my makeup. It works so great at protecting my skin from the sun and that is exactly what I need it for.
Don't knock it before you try it!”
“This is a nice, light lotion, which I much prefer to thick, rich sunscreens. However, it does leave a bit of a white cast, is a bit greasy, and doesn't half make my eyes sting if I'm not careful.”
“I really wanted to love this product, and I don't hate it- but for me it's a decent SPF with some real nitpicks that I just can't get around, and makes it not so desirable for daily use. Nitpicks- it comes out quite white on my face (and I'm pale), can be a little bit 'flaky' and takes quite a while to rub in, and I find that it still leaves a very faint white cast. It feels a little oily on the skin, and has quite a strong chemical smell. Plus points- it's got a lovely light, runny consistency, it's great value for money, it (so far) doesn't pill my skincare products. I'll definitely use it for holidays and as a back up, but unfortunately those nitpicks are going to stop me reaching for it every day.”
