“I liked the feel of the formula on the lips and the price point. However, the colour displayed in the photographs of the strawberry lip balm on the website is a lovely muted, soft pink. The lip balm I got was extremely bright pink…. . looked like a colouring crayon for children.
Very disappointed. I did reach out to customer services but they basically said it was the high quality photograph of the product that changed the appearance. Not impressed. Wont be getting any thing of their own product again.”
