“This company use Evri to deliver parcels, sadly I hadn't realised until after I ordered. So with no surprise whatsoever. . . my parcel was lost by the courier. Beauty Bay should use better couriers. I wont be trying to order again.”
“The soap itself is quite good but I found it drying on my sensitive skin. Now I put a lanolin balm on first, then put a coat of the soap on with a damp spoolie. I let that get tacky whilst I do the rest of my makeup and then shape my brows with a dry spoolie to finish.
The spoolies are really bad. They broke immediately and I have to hold them weirdly to use them but customer service were great at sorting this.”
