“Having read the other reviews, I thought I would give this a try. I am not sorry. The shades are beautiful (though I haven't tried them all yet) and the matte ones go on especially well. I always use an eyeshadow base and I think this does help. Very pleased with the purchase and it arrived quickly, an overall winner!”
