“I cannot believe the generous size of the compact mirror. The colour range is incredible and has a bold, lasting presence. A little applicator/ brush would have made this complete, but I understand it is typical to have your own set.
It was packaged very well, and arrived with no damage to the product.”
“I would give this 0stars if i could. I have never found it this difficult to track a parcel or make a complaint ever with any brand. I placed my order 8 days ago for 3 of the 45 colour palettes for my friends 40th birthday today. The palette was meant to be delivered in 2 to 3 days and this was one of the reasons i placed the order. Since then, i have had to go back and forth with Evri trying to figure out when my parcel will be delivered. No updates from them, but everytime i try to make a complaint here, I get forwarded to Evri and now Evri has said after 7 days to report to Beauty Bay but there is no place to report. It’s ridiculous!”
