“I bought the whole Beauty Bay eye shadow vault as they were on offer. I wasn't holding out much hope that they'd be great as they were cheap and you usually get what you pay for but in this case I was wrong.
The colour pay off is brilliant even when using a small amount of product and there isn't a lot of fall out. The colour lasts all day even without a primer or base.
