“I had seen really good reviews and decided to give this a try. Within 4 days this skincare had completely broke me out wirh dozens of white heads and spots. My skin was red and almost rashy. I contacted beauty bay customer support and the repsose i received was that they cant advise. Ive stopped using this and chucked it all away. Waste of money. My skin is now so bad i have been prescribed medication and cream for thr acne its caused.”
“When I ordered this kit it clearly stated that a moisturiser was included. However I received a serum in place of this. This itself is not a massive issue. The problem I have since had is the awful customer service I have received when trying to sort out this error. I have basically been called a liar and told that this was never the case, despite it being very apparent that the kit description has been updated to include the serum since I purchased (screenshot of original kit items were included in my email correspondence). Not only this but the method of communicating via email has taken days, with no resolution yet to happen. As a paying customer I would expect to be treated better than this and it really has put me off ordering again.”
