“Absolutely awful as it came broken and BeautyBay wanted to argue and ‘investigate’ after multiple videos sent to them showing the product was broken. Mind you it’s a £5 serum. I didn’t ask to keep product, I asked for returns label and a replacement. Nope, they told me they will not accept as it is open. How on earth am I supposed to know if it’s broken or not before opening. The pipette was broken”
