“Yes, you can get creamy, smooth and pigmented eyeshadow for this price. I was so pleasantly impressed by this palette! Although I won’t be using them much, I love the shimmers and glitters. And there are plenty of fabulous mattes for me to justify owning this palette. I think this one will be the first of well. . let just say many ;-)”
