“So let me explain! In theory the shades sounded great, I knew from the start that the darker contouring and concealing shades wouldn't be of much use. However, the first two shades (a yellow for correcting dullness and a pinkish tone for brightning the under eye area) do absolutely nothing for me. The conceler shades C1 and C2 are ok color wise, the consistency could be creamier as I struggle a bit to blend them out (with and without primer, gripping ones and non-grippy ones). The coverage is also ok, it sometimes gets patchy after a couple of hours but I'll write that up to my skin (I do not use setting powder and a non matte setting spray). I couldn't detect oxidization and a bit of caking around the nose as I wear glasses. I'm still not sure about contouring, I tried "Cold Brew" (cool shade) and thought that it looked not too grey or "dirty" when blended. Granted, I'm conservative with the amount applied but at least it makes e want to give it another try! "Mochi" is more an apricot colored blush and less a pink one, it blends well initially but eventually sits/cakes on the skin. Not what I want BUT it truly doesn'T budge ;) The "Halo" Highlighter is a lighter bronze tone, it's nice and soft and subtle. "Peony" isn't as icy pink (ore rosy) as shown in the picture but it's as sublte and easy to apply as "Halo". So, all in all, it's a good concept and a lot of people seem to enjoy it and be able to work magic with the palette. Three stars from me, all in all.”
