“I've been using the product for 4 weeks. Red & infrared for 10 minutes each 4 x per week and the yellow for 20 minutes 5 x per week. This is obviously not the fault of beauty bay as they are merely suppliers. I must add that waiting for an email to acknowledge my return is painfully slow even though I have a tracked it and know it has been received.”
