This matt black color is witchcraft. It stays on no matter what. I does not irritate sensitive eyes (unlike powders) and its great to do a blown out smokey or precise line work.”
“Nice jet black base but long wearing it is not! 1 hour at most before creeping off the edge of my eyes. Maybe I can work out a way to set it but just adding another step to my routine that a 24hr base should not be doing.”
