I use it over foundation or even over moisturizer on days when I don't wear makeup.
I notice that the product helps to seal the skin, combating oil without drying out the skin.
When I started using it, it was still in the days when face masks were being used due to COVID and I noticed that the transfer of the foundation and my tinted moisturizer at that time reduced substantially, with the transfer being practically zero.
