“I bought my Bear on Christmas Eve, received it about January 10th, and started using it right away. I messed up and started using it at level 10non the app and it made my eyebrows sag, so I watched a tutorial on YouTube where they didn't use the app, and just used it on level 5 by pressing the buttons. This is also where I learned for sure that my Bear's T-sonic pulsations are weak (my first hint was that my Bear Mini has a stronger pulse), and that it isn't holding a charge for very long. I only get 7-10 uses out of it before I need to charge it again. Nowhere near 90 uses.
I have initiated the warranty claim and hopefully I can get one that works correctly.
Otherwise, the Bear has done great things for my face! My cheeks feel like they have been filled with Juvederm, my undereye hollows are filling in, my crow's feet are going away, my left smile line has vanished, and the wrinkles between my brows have softened. I would recommend this product to friends! My skin is so firm and and has a youthful glow. I looked in the mirror at the doctor's office last week and I was shocked. I didn't see a 41 year old woman.
