“I feel so honored that I was chosen for this device! I’ve never tried any kind of facial device at all until now. I was honestly skeptical about it because I had heard it shocks your face, and people were complaining that it didn’t work right. I used the sample of the “serum serum serum” by foreo that came with the device. When I used it I never received any shocks or any kind of pain/irritation on my skin. My skin already feels smoother and tighter. The app that you set the device up with is very easy to maneuver. Easy connection with Bluetooth and you can use without having to use the app. I actually have mine set up so I don’t have to use the app, but the app has three different facial “workouts” you can download to use that’s free. It also comes with a charger, a pretty pink carrying case and a sample of serum. I am so in love and I cannot believe I what I have been missing out on! I highly recommend getting one of these!”
“This device took a little bit of trial and error for me. I looked at some reviews prior to using it and the biggest complaints I saw were it not connecting to the app and the device not always working which you can tell by if the light in the middle of the device (which I attached a video showing how that works). So far the app has always worked for me which is a plus. It’s super easy to use, register the device, and start using. It includes little work outs, instructions, device care, and a start massage option to use without the guided work out.
I originally started using it on the start massage option as I’ve used facial toning devices before and I wanted to go at my own pace. The app lets you choose your intensity of microcurrent and if you want the vibrations which was nice. At first I wasn’t even sure if it was working but as I was going up my cheekbone I could feel the microcurrent (I also had it on a 7…). This is what brought me back to esthetics school and I knew it was working. It says it has an anti shock device and while it wasn’t painful occasionally I could feel the tiniest little shock. I noticed though that the circle in the middle didn’t always disappear when it hit my skin so I’m assuming those times the current wasn’t going through the device which was frustrating. This happens maybe 75% of the time.
Eventually I stopped using the app and I just used the device on its own which I like better. When using the app the machine vibrates the whole time while without the app it only vibrates when the inner circle is off and the microcurrent is going through it. This took the guess work out of it. If it was vibrating (which it’s a very subtle vibration. Much gentler than the cleansing devices) I knew the current was going through the machine. It’s very gentle on the face but afterwards you can slightly feel that your muscles had a “work out”. I also do see slight results immediately after use which makes me happy. I think it’s very, very pricy and not something I’d be willing to spend myself but I do think it’s a really cool piece of skincare technology that ties into my esthetics training”

I used the Foreo “Serum Serum Serum” sample with mine to begin with, but switched to Super Bounce Hyaluronic Acid serum by Glossier. The Bear is super easy to use and I’ve been following the treatment demonstrations on the Foreo app. As someone very focused on skin care and anti aging, this device is a godsend.”
