“I like how weightless and effortless it is to use. Its so quiet and calming whereas the other ones i own are bulky and loud. HOWEVER, i regret buying it:
1) to unlock its full potential for treatments, you need to pay $25/month
2) it’s incredibly small. I have a normal size face and it doesnt reach the edges/jawline. It also doesnt get anywhere close to the eyes, so you have to buy a separate eye device from the company, which seems very unfair.
3) its so fragile. You need to be sooo careful with this, as it will break or damage from the slightest case of moving it too much, wiping it too vigorously, etc.
4) i wouldnt buy this again especially if i didnt aleady own 2 others, which i use to supplement this one. Its luxe but seems more made for instagram than real life”

“It would not change colours. Had to send photo proof by email. Then send it back which was difficult trying to get it printed. Still not heard anything about my refund. Which is a lot of money £503 to wait for. Throughly disappointed in the product so far”
