“I ordered this product on December 2nd. They processed my payment right away. After 11 days I get no updates on the shipping and no product. I reach out to customer service for them to reorder the product. The second time around, I don't even get a confirmation and after another 11 days, still no product. Horrible experience, I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star.”
