“I was new to waxing and my tech gave me a teeny sample of Fur Oil. I ordered immediately. I've had just a couple of ingrowns (compared to LOTS in the past) and my skin in that area is soft and clear. This is a great product. And the bottle is actually pretty enough to keep out in sight:)”
“The product is very nice, BUT you better hope you don’t need to contact them. Since I can’t reach them, this is my honest opinion of fur.
They only offer help through texting (no phone number or email address is given anywhere) and they don’t respond to all texts. I have been trying for days with no response except for an email address to another company that has nothing to do with fur. I don’t have a smartphone, so maybe that’s why I can’t get a response. I must not come off as wealthy enough to be a “good customer” despite my many previous purchases.
They also offer points for previous purchases that you can supposedly “redeem for discounts” BUT you can’t always use them. They will offer you the coupon in checkout, you cash in your points for the coupon and then they refuse to let you apply the coupon to your purchase. It’s just a way to eat up your points without ever giving the discount you were promised. Why else offer a coupon at checkout that’s not redeemable on your order? This is why I tried contacting them, but they won’t respond.
Overall, it seems they do not care to be accessible and honest with all customers, just those deemed worthy enough to deserve a text response and useable coupon codes. Again, the products are good and I bought a lot of items as gifts for Christmas, but now I regret recommending them to anyone. Just know that there is no one to help you if you ever run into a problem, points redemption is hit or miss and they make it impossible to reach a human when you want to. Despite liking the products, I can’t give my money to or recommend another company that ignores the reason they thrive and have a business at all— their customers. It’s really too bad, I thought they were going to be my new favorite self care spot, but they are not any better than all the other greedy companies out there that only want money and have no respect for the people buying their merchandise.”

“I use the Fur ingrown concentrate for my pubic region but this oil is great for pits, skin, hair all over! Good to use on freshly shaved or waxed skin to keep it smooth and clear, but also on hair to keep it soft and hydrated. Great smell and quality ingredients. I've been using this oil for at least 5 years.”
