“I never write product reviews. The fact that I am writing one constitutes a praise in itself. I love this oil!
I am using it about every other day (after exfoliating with the little cloth) on my bikini area and it calms irritated skin along the panty line and helps with ingrown hairs. Overall, it makes the skin in that area look more even and smooth.
My husband—who thinks most beauty products are a complete fad—eventually tried this on shaving bumps on his neck and his skin improved visibly within a couple of days.
Absolutely a fan and will be making this part of my (minimalist) routine.”
“I'm an avid shaver and fur has made it possible to have zero irritation and perfectly smooth shaves! I've already raved about their products to everyone I know and YOU must have it too! Don't be skeptical -- do yourself a favor and purchase ASAP.”
“I discovered a lump in my pubic hair. Went to my dermatologist. They thought it was a cyst and were going to surgically remove it. I used the in grown concentrate on it and it ended up just being a keratin plug. Cleared up in just two weeks of using the in grown concentrate. Cancelled the surgery.”
“Unfortunately didn’t help nor did the fabric thing that comes with it for my ingrowns. I have contacted the company 3x regarding their return policy and have not received a response. Never will recommend or buy from again. Not worth your money.”
Hi Cassandra,
Thank you so much for reaching out to us! We are so sorry about the delay. It seems as though we have not received an email from the provided email: cssmcvr@yahoo.com. Is there possibly another email that you used? We most certainly can further assist you. Do you mind providing your order number?
“I followed the directions (I believe) consistently for several weeks and my ingrowns have become much worse. Some have now left scars. The oil is fine, but doesn’t help much.”
Hi Colleen,
Thank you so much for reaching out to us and providing this information! We are so sorry about this and this most certainly is not the experience we want you to have. Do you mind providing your order number?
“First of all, when I received this I thought it was a travel size because it’s SO small for the price. Almost comical. I bought this because I have Ingrown hairs in my bikini area. I’ve been using it consistently for a month and there been no change at all. I wouldn’t purchase again.”
Hi Desiree,
Thank you for reaching out to us! Our Ingrown Concentrate is more of a soothing spot treatment rather than an all over treatment. This is why is it a smaller size (14 ml / 0.5 oz). We recommend using it in the shower, use the finger mitt (found in the Ingrown Concentrate box) to exfoliate, focusing on ingrowns or areas you know could use a little extra buff. Out of the shower, apply a few drops of Ingrown Concentrate on ingrowns, bumps, razor burn or angry skin. We recommend using the finger mitt to exfoliate around 3-5 times a week, and using Ingrown Concentrate as many times as needed—you can either use it to treat spots that have already cropped up, or if you’re a super sensitive skin type and prone to bumps, daily use may be best as a preventative measure. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns! :)
“I want to love it but there’s is 3 ingredients that do cause skin irritation I hadn’t realized until i was able to load the full list maybe once those 3 ingredients are removed but as of now not allowed in my home!!”
Hi Danielle,
Thank you so much for reaching out to us! We truly want you to enjoy your Fur goodies but we do know that sometimes it isn't for everyone. With that being said, we do have a wonderful 60-day return policy. Please always reach out to us if you have any other questions or concerns!
“I have ingrown hairs, but this did NOT help at all. I guess it's good for hydrating, like a lotion, but it won't help you with ingrown hair problems.”
Hi Sarah,
