“Not sure if I received a dud one but as soon as I took the bottle out of the box I noticed something gross at the bottom of the pipette, it was all brown and congealed . Disgusting but it looked like a belly button or something gross. I have obviously not used the product but I had already thrown the box before I noticed so did not return. Waste of money. I have photo evidence”
