“hair is noticeably healthier and less frizzy. Although they don't taste very nice, I've seen a little improvement in length but not alot, to be fair I'm using 6 different hair care treatments atm so not 100% that my hair is longer and healthier due to these but I have been taking these for 2 weeks now and noticed shinier and healthier hair and that's just half way through the bottle”
