“They bottle arrived and it was practically empty. Why bother using such a big bottle for the amount a capsules that are in there. Hard to swallow. I much more preferred the small biotin tablets that I was taking before. I know it was just one bottle but there was no improvement at all, not even the slightest. The only thing that I noticed was the bright color of my urine after taking the pills, which leads me to believe that you just end up peeping it out.”
