“Ordered this and received an email from Evri saying they couldn’t deliver it, then no further attempts were made. I tried using the Beauty Bay chat bot assistant… zero help. I then escalated it and asked for further help from Beauty Bay. I received 2 courtesy emails saying they would handle my query, then later an email saying I had been refunded. Absolutely no explanation as to what had happened so unfortunately I have not tried the product I’ve been wanting to try for months (it was previously out of stock)”
“I’m convinced this product is making my hair grow as well as helping it fall out less and less. The grapefruit smell is beautiful too! I keep it on for a minimum of two hours once a week and give it a good wash (careful not to leave any as it’s called syrup for a reason- super sticky and oily!) and it leaves my hair feeling so thick and soft”
“I’ve been trying to grow my hair for ages but it’s just been getting drier and more brittle. I used this on my hair before my last wash day - I used a scalp massager to massage it into my scalp and I distributed it throughout the ends too. My hair has never been so soft, silky and hydrated. Normally after wash day my hair gets progressively drier throughout the week, snapping off when I brush it. But this oil has kept my hair so silky and noticeably hydrated for the whole week. So happy with this product, but really wish it came in a bigger bottle!”
