“It goes on best of I apply one thin coat, let it dry for a minute, then apply another thin coat. This gives a opaque colour without streaks. Even though the first coat is a bit streaky, I like the thin formula, because you can rub your lips together when it’s wet (like you would with traditional lipsticks) and it doesn’t ruin the texture. It dries down fast enough and doesn’t smudge or come off on your chin. It doesn’t feel drying or heavy on the lips. It’s a pretty, slightly indigo, blue. Better applicator than most as well.”
