“Ordered on 23rd October and paid for next day delivery to my work. Had an email to say order had been cancelled but when I put a claim in with PayPal it was suddenly dispatched. I paid extra for next day delivery but have not been able to get this back. It was dispatched to my old workplace where I was at the time so I have paid for a product I don’t have and can’t get my money back through no fault of my own!”
