When I contacted beauty bay, they wanted me to send them photo evidence. Because I got the shade weirdo (which is black) the fact it’s a bit empty doesn’t show up on camera because the black stains the inside. It’s only when you look up close through gaps that you can see it’s empty. So pretty disappointed with this products.”
