“I received JS Androgny Lipstick, and can honestly say Was excited. I watch his Youtube tutorials and have been interested in his products for some time. So, here I was. Packaging, nice. Colour is lovely. I noticed on first opening the box and holding the lipstick there was product around the base of the lid. Wondering if it had been used before I decided it couldnt have been as Id opened the seal on the box. I put a small swatch on the back of my hand. Then my lips. It seemed greasy. As I have Never used the product before was unsure of the consistency normally. I got a feel for colour and took it off. The next day I was going out I wore it. A friend commented on the colour so I was happy. My new JS lipstick dont you know! But I had a couple of concerns. The greasy consistency, the time it took to dry down. The tingling sensation which I wondered if it had lip plumping ingredients as my lips seemed to swell noticably and the worst. The SMELL! Once it dried there was no smell. I couldnt touch my lips as it smeared everywhere. But the smell was Awful! Like cat urine! I gave it to my friend & asked if she could figure out the scent. Not telling her there was an issue. She 1st pulled her nose away from it then said 'oh that doesnt smell right!' When I said Cat URINE! she agreed straight away. The more I explained the more she convinced me not to use it and request a REFUND. So I attempted to get a Refund from Beauty Bay. But was told NO. As I had Opened and used the product they would not be giving me a refund. I explained the item was faulty. An internet search brought up near word perfect ALL of my concerns detailing a FAULTY batch was made. My purchase being One of them. Even after this. NO REFUND FROM BEAUTY BAY. Even Jeffery Star had explained there was an issue with a batch of Androgny. But Beauty Bay still refused to offer a full refund as the product had been opened. Even though unusable as it stinks of amonia, made my lips tingle and swell and is potentially hazardous to my health and the health of Others. Dont purchase if You value yourself. As I learned the hard way. BEAUTY BAY LTD value MONEY over CONSUMER RIGHTS AND MORALS. DISGUSTING. ASKING FOR A REVIEW OF THIS PRODUCT??! HERES YOUR REVIEW! NEVER USE YOUR CHARLATON SITE AGAIN!!”
