“I have all the nudes from Jeffree Star Cosmetics and love them all. I'm happy to have bought Alledgedly because it is somewhat different in that it has a coral undertone which makes it very versatile (I've worn it to work and find it very work-friendly and also have worn it to go out). I think it works well with different skin tones (I saw Jeffree's swatch on YouTube and he looked great. I have an olive skin tone and I like how it looks on me. Asked partner for his opinion and he agreed it suited me). As with all of the other nudes, you don't need a lip liner. Also, it is very pigmented. I found the formula to have great consistency in that it was not runny or too thick but the right consistency to work with to cover my lips with one stroke on each lip. I would say it is long lasting because the first time I applied it, I did so at roughly 8am on my way to work and by the time I headed home from work at 6:00pm, the colour was still strong. There was some minor fading in the inner lip area but I did have something to eat (a sandwich and a bottle of water) and did not reapply. Other times I've worn it, it has had the same performance (bar when I've eaten oily food like salads with dressings and things like that). I am overall very satisfied with this liquid lipstick and I'm considering getting another one as I'm giving this one quite a bit of use lately.”
“It’s safe to say that i am obsessed. I own 34 of jeffree’s lipsticks and (almost) all of the colours seem to be universally flattering. Whilst the odd shade has a slightly different formula, (rich blood, masochist, watermelon soda,) they are still equally long lasting and extremely comfortable. I always choose to use a lip liner, but this is personal preference and NOT because you need them. Can last for hours through eating and drinking (avoid oil,) and only need a small touch up. Dont feather or flake.”
