“I havw ordered from beauty bay multiple times and habe ordered this product before. I was dispapoitned for them to send me a counterfit product. They have however refunded me but not given me any compensation as apparently it gets sent directly from the supplier so they have no 'involvement'. Disappointed and i dont know if i can trust beauty bay with haircare products anymore”
